Our Custard
Sourced from across the U.S, we spent months searching for and finding some of the best tasting ingredients available to make our custard. Hank & Stella’s makes it locally, at the same location you purchase it; never flash-frozen, trucked, or stored in a warehouse.
Our custard has more eggs than hard ice cream and our manufacturing process adds only about half the air as the process for hard ice cream. As an added bonus, Hank & Stella’s has about one-third less fat than most hard ice creams. The result is a silky smooth texture, with less fat bringing out more taste.
We make vanilla and chocolate daily, then one or two additional flavors. Black raspberry and strawberry seem to be the most popular, but peanut butter, cappuccino, mint chip, and butter pecan are also local favorites. We are working hard to develop more flavors so please be patient. We are making sure our new flavors meet the high standard we have set. Our flavors also taste great in shakes, malts, and concretes.
